At TNS Associated, we can take care of your bankruptcy needs when filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. We assist those who are looking for a fresh start and an empathetic guide that have not previously filed for bankruptcy. We require copies of tax returns, bills, and a recent credit report to insure all creditor claims are included in your bankruptcy.
Our team will also counsel you on collection options and provide you with the individual attention needed for your case. Our attorneys with over five years of bankruptcy specific experience will be able to help you succeed in your bankruptcy case.
Additional information on bankruptcy chapters we work on:
In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case a trustee is appointed to take over your property. Any property of value will be sold or turned into money to pay your creditors. You may be able to keep some personal items and possibly real estate.
In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case you usually keep your property, but you must earn wages or have other sources of regular income and you must agree to pay part of your income to your creditors. The court must approve your repayment plan and your budget. A trustee is appointed and will collect the payments from you, pay your creditors, and make sure you live up to the terms of your repayment plan.
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
